Speaker: Founding Member Michael Lamkin

Michael is Senior Home Companions' Director of Business Development, and SHC’s 2019 Impact Award winner. In his role, he is a liason to I.U., St. Vincent Ascension, and Eskanazi Hospitals, various senior living communities and industry business partners.  Michael is an Enneagram 7, a member of Edge Mentoring through which he first learned about the enneagram, and attended his first Enneagram workshop by Ian Morgan Cronn.

He holds an M.B.A. from Butler University, and a B.A. in U.S. Political History from Purdue University. 

Michael is married (to an Enneagram 8) with two daughters, and enjoys outdoor activities such as cycling, running and camping.
